LOVE + FLAIR PLEDGES TO DONATE 30 MILLION IDR TO BUILDING HOUSES FOR UNDERPRIVILEDGED FAMILIES

JAKARTA-Rising e-commerce label LOVE+FLAIR launched their charity initiative on 10th of November in a bid to raise Rp., 30,000,000 for underprivileged families, in collaboration with global non-profit organization, Habitat for Humanity, through selling specially designed clothes by local designers.

This initiative comes in light of raising awareness for poor housing conditions in Indonesia and is LOVE+FLAIR’s way of giving back to society. The project invited the brand’s vendors to collaborate and design clothes with an all-white theme, which will be exclusively sold through LOVE+FLAIR’s online portal. All profits will be given to charity. The pledged 30 million IDR will be handed over to the non-profit organization by December 10.

Vendors who joined the cause are: LAISON by Aurelia Santoso, POTTS Jakarta, Krinou, Clementine Signature, Natalia Kiantoro, Ingrid Husodo, Paulina Katarina, Anynome, Day and Night, Project RTW, and SELV the Label. LOVE+FLAIR has also specially designed all-white clothing pieces for the cause.

Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is part of the global network of Habitat for Humanity International. The organization is present in 75 countries, and has built over 600,000 homes and provided shelter to over 3 million people, and is dedicated to eradicating poor housing conditions from the Indonesian society by constructing simple, decent, and affordable houses.

Indonesia is the 4th most populous country in the world with more than 249 million citizens. Out of that number, 29.13 million Indonesians are poor, and more than 13.6 million citizens are currently facing housing backlog. Many of these citizens are living in slum areas without basic house facilities, such as clean bathrooms, safe electrical wiring, and rainproof ceilings.

How long is this campaign running for?

The campaign launched on 10th November and will run through until 10th of December. The LOVE+FLAIR team will also build the house on the 10th of December.

Can I customize the items?

For POTTS and Clementine Signature, you can, as it’s a tailored, pre-order system. For the rest of the vendors and L+F label, it’s ready-stocked so customization is not available.

Is it ready-stocked or a pre-order basis?

Most of our items are ready-stocked and ready to be shipped on the 16th of November. You can purchase the items beforehand but we will ship out the items on the 16th. Purchases can still be made after the 16th per normal.

Are discount codes applicable to the collection?

Discount codes are not applicable to the Love + Flair x Habitat for Humanity Collection . But you can use your store credit (if valid) on this collection.

Can I return or exchange the products within this collection?

Yes, you may exchange the products if it does not fit you or it came faulty. However, custom clothing that are pre-ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
