ARE YOUR PRODUCTS READY STOCKED?

Yes, all products are ready stocked.

HOW TO ORDER?

After adding your desired item into the Cart ( located in the top right corner ) , you will be able to review or cancel the items. After reviewing the items in your Cart, you can choose to continue shopping with us or proceed to check out and payment.

MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH! WHAT DO I DO?

If you continuously get error messages after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact us.

I NEED CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER! HOW AND WHEN CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I ADD MORE STUFF?

Sadly, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please do place a new order for the item and contact us. We are happy to waive shipping fees on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the initial order.

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE SIZE AND FIT! HOW DO I KNOW IT WILL FIT ME?

I REALLY LOVE THAT PIECE! BUT IT IS SOLD OUT :( WHAT TO DO?

Most of our pieces are limited and new arrivals can sell out quickly. So check our website "New" back regularly :)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may be affected due to availability of the item. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or public holidays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us to resend you the email. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

WHY IS MY ORDERED CANCELLED?

Your order could be cancelled due to two reasons:

1, The item you ordered can suddenly become out of stock and is no longer available.

2, It could also be due to the unsuccessful payment transaction. If you chose bank transfer as your form of payment, you have 48 hours to make your transfer. Please refer to our payment policy for more information.

WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.loveandflair.com.
  • Store Credit are NOT transferable.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit has no expiry date.
  • Store credit is provided in Rupiah.
  • To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Love + Flair user account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page. For more information about Store Credit, please contact us.

I HAVE STORE CREDIT! HOW DO I USE IT?

Upon checkout, you will be asked to enter your discount code, and this is where you enter the store credit coupon code that is exclusive and one time use only.

After your discount code went through, you will see the amount of store credit deducted from your total amount.  Buyers are responsible for the outstanding amount after store credit deduction. Including shipping.
