Important Shipping Information [Updated 7 July 2021]
Our fulfilment center is based in Indonesia, and due to the latest PPKM restrictions please note the following
- For orders within Indonesia, you may experience a 1-2 working days delay in your shipment.
- The following brands who are on drop-ship with us will only ship on the following days:
- Protea : No shipments until 10am, 20th July 2021.
- Natalia Kiantoro : Shipments twice a month. First and Fourth Week of the Month.
- Dear Solange : Shipments every Wednesday.
- Elgra : Shipments every Tuesday and Friday.
- Cara woman: Shipments every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Vendors who are on dropship will not be available for gojek or express shipping. Please check the product descriptions for more details.
We use the following courier services:
1. JNE – Local Indonesian orders - 2 to 5 working days
2. TIM EKSPRESS & DHL – International orders - 7 to 15 working days
We ship orders on Monday – Friday, cut offs at 3pm. No shipments will be made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Gojek orders will only be shipped between 10am-1pm, Monday – Friday. Same-day orders on gojek delivery will only be shipped when the payment and order is paid before 1pm. Please make sure that you are around to receive your package.
