Shipping

As our fulfilment center is based in Indonesia, we observe the national holidays therefore:

• Fulfilment centres and Customer Service will be away from 12th-16th May 2021, shipping and business as usual will resume 17th May 2021.
• Last shipment for Jabodetabek to reach before 12th May: 10 May
• Last shipment for Outside Jabodetabek to reach before 12th May: 10 May 
• Last shipment for International orders to reach before 12th May: 6th May
• Pre-orders and drop-ships working days do not include the days between 12th-16th May.

We use the following courier services:

1. JNE – Local Indonesian orders - 2 to 5 working days
2. TIM EKSPRESS & DHL – International orders - 5 to 15 working days

We ship orders on Monday – Friday, cut offs at 3pm. No shipments will be made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
