Can I exchange my items?
Absolutely! Do check whether they meet the following criteria:
- Products must be mailed for return within 14 days from the day the order was shipped, meaning if the parcel was shipped on the 1st, you have to return it by 14th, latest.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed, with the brand tag still attached, without any defects unless you received it that way.
- The product was NOT a sale or discounted item, neither was a store credit used to purchase it.
The product does not fall under the following categories:
- Accessories, including bags, earrings, necklaces, and body jewellery
- Shoes (unless faulty or wrong size)
- Sleepwear, swimwear, intimates and sportswear
- Cosmetics and beauty products
- Living products (unless faulty)
- Pre-order and Custom products

Great! Fill in the form on the bottom of this page, print it, paste the label and send it our way! After we receive your package, we will then issue a store credit which can be used 30 days since issued.
Note: Shipping costs will be handled by you and packages lost in transit will not be reimbursed or handled by us.
Pro-tip: Take a picture of your parcel being received by the logistics courier for documentation purposes and attach it in your email.
I don’t live in the country. Can I still return my items?
Of course! The above criteria applies to international orders as well. Do note that you will be held responsible for all shipping and related fees when you send us your returns. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit, so please use a trusted courier with a tracking number to be safe.
Please note that any shipping fee, tax and customs charges incurred will be handled by you. In the event that we get charged any additional fees, these fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Do you issue refunds?
No, we do not issue cash refunds unless the item is unavailable. We only issue refunds in forms of store credit.
Store credits are strictly not exchangeable for cash under any circumstances. Sale, vouchers, coupons, shipping fees, and other promotions will not be returned to your store credit. For example, if you used a 100,000 IDR voucher on your purchases, it will not be returned. LOVE AND FLAIR reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if your returns do not meet our criteria. This is done to prevent any abuse of our returns system. Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost (deducted from store credit), or discarded if you do not claim it within 7 days after we notify you.
Unmarked or unregistered parcels will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being discarded.
