Cheer up, Monday’s aren’t so bad. Despite the pile of work and long hours you have to go through today, there are a lot of things to be grateful about on the first day of the week. We collected some of our favorite things to get you up and happy in no time.
#1 There’s nothing quite like the smell of coffee to get us perky in the morning. One of our favorite ways to jump start our morning is to walk into Starbucks, or any coffee joint, and just lounge around for a good 15 minutes to wake us up. Nothing beats the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning.
#2 Animals make everything better, we can all agree on it by now. If this doesn’t make you feel better, we don’t know what will.
#3 This just never gets old. How adorable is this surprised red panda? The look on its face is completely priceless. We (kind of) feel bad for laughing at the panda’s misery but it’s just too cute!
#4 If you’re not an animal person, then food will do the trick. How about getting a donut tower to get you into the festive season? The more food there is, the merrier we are!

#5 Or you know, a shopping spree will do just the trick. What better way to start off the week than to buy clothes at reduced prices? Technically, it’s saving money.

#6 There’s nothing funnier than stories coming from real people. Here are two articles we read recently that got us rolling on the floor in tears.
#7 Away from the hustle and buzz of city life, we all need some quiet in our hectic lives. The Quiet Place Project focuses on clearing out thoughts and focusing on our feelings. They have several different projects under The Quiet Place, so play around with the website to see what works best for you.

#8 And last but not least, this gorgeous live performance by the one and only queen Adele. We’re so glad she’s finally back in the music scene and slaying lives left and right. Her latest album, 25, just dropped 3 days ago so be sure to listen to it!
