All products are shipped straight from our warehouse in Jakarta. We use JNE (www.jne.co.id) as our official mail carrier for all local shipments and POS Indonesia EMS for all international shipments.

We currently do not offer FULL REFUNDS, instead we offer refunds in form of STORE CREDIT at the selling price of the returned products.

If your product qualify, please follow the following three steps for easy return:
1. CONTACT US : Please fill out the form (HERE) about the product (state reason for return). To prevent fraud, we will ask for photographic proofs. We will email back within 24 hours with the return address and further instruction.
2. MAIL THE PRODUCT : Products must be mailed for return within 3 days of arrival date. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. It is recommended that you use a mailing service that provides tracking information.
3. EMAIL CONFIRMATION : Once we have receive the return, we will issue you a store credit via email within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The store credit will not expire and can be used immediately for purchase once you have received it. For more details of store credit, please visit our FAQ page.
